BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGE INFORMATION – BOOK YOURS TODAY!

Axtion’s Birthday Parties to date have been commented on by parents and kids alike as “The best party ever!”, “Plenty of rides for all kids to have many turns each”, “The best value for the money”, “They’ll sleep well tonight!”.

 

Axtion’s Birthday Party  Up to 30 Guest Package:  $450.00 + HST for up to 30 kids, involving 90 minutes of playtime (UNLIMITED RIDES ON ALL ATTRACTIONS *excluding the Bumper Boats, Axtionator and Skywalk), and 30 minutes in our party room. In our party room a hostess will serve three 12 slice pizzas (extra pizza-drink combos are $20.00 each if you wish) with soft drinks and/or juice. Do not worry about plates, cups, napkins or cutlery because Axtion has it all!! Your friendly host will assist you with set-up and do all your clean-up! A STRESS FREE PARTY! All you are responsible for is bringing along your cake, loot bags and/or extra snacks if you wish.

If you are having a ‘themed’ party and wish to provide your own themed plates, cups and napkins, you are welcome to do so.

Please note there will be a charge of $10.00 per child for each child over the maximum number of 30 kids for this package.

 

Small group Birthday Party Up to 15 Guest Package: If you are looking to host a smaller birthday party our 15 guest package is the one for you! For up to 15 children your party is $375.00 + HST. This package includes two 12 slice pizzas and all the same inclusions as our bigger package.

Please note there will be a charge of $15.00 per child for each child over the maximum number of 15 guests for this package.

 

Loot Bag / Lucky Plate Option: The only attractions not included in your birthday party package are our aerial ropes course, “Skywalk”, Axtionator and our water-free bumper boats. Each of these attractions requires one ticket. Tickets are $5.00 each or a package of 6 for $20.00, or 36 tickets for $100.00. Why not give your guests access to these rides in lieu of loot bags or as a Lucky Plate prize? We have seen many ecstatic children receive a ticket upon arrival for the ride of their choice, instead of a loot bag at the end of the party. Easily please everyone with this new approach to loot bags!

 

 

What to wear while at Axtion?  Be comfortable! Dress as if you are going to gym or having a sports day. Participants must wear socks. Footwear is only required on the ‘Skywalk’ (sneakers preferably), and are not required for, but may be used on various other climbing units. Jeans are NOT PERMITTED on some rides such as the ‘Doomsday Slide’ because studs on the pockets and dye from the material scratch and dull the sliding surface hence damaging and slowing down the ride. A long sleeve shirt and gym pants are recommended for the ‘Doomsday Slide’ as well to prevent carpet burns on the elbows and/or legs. For this reason skirts, dresses and shorts are not recommended attire for an Axtion party.

 

Waiver: Parents will be asked to sign a waiver upon arrival with their children. If you wish you may download this waiver prior to the party at www.axtion.ca.  ALL RIDES AT AXTION ARE ‘RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK

FAQ:

 

Is the birthday party a private party? No. Similar to other popular birthday party locations, Axtion will be open to the general public. However, we will limit the numbers of visitors to ensure all patrons will be able to ride as often as possible. We have 14,000 square feet of floor space filled with rides and fun, so there is plenty for all to do.

 

 

Can parents of the invited kids ride and climb as well? Although some rides are age appropriate for adults, we suggest that parents not ride unless their child needs assistance. Climbing the interior web section of the Spider Mountain attraction is an example of this. When a parent is riding or climbing, that is one less child that is able to ride or climb at that time.

 

Will the bigger kids and smaller kids be riding the same rides together? Most rides are appropriate for all ages and our staff will do their best to allow smaller kids ride without the intimidation of the bigger kids. However, for safety reasons we suggest parents of the smaller kid’s monitor their child at all times and ask a staff member for assistance if they feel the big kids are not giving the smaller kids a turn. There are some rides that are themed for the younger kids, but we will allow the bigger kids to take turns as well.

 

Will kids be allowed to stay and play after the party is over?  No. Playtime for all invited guests of the birthday party will be over when the party is over. However, if they wish to stay longer, we will offer a reduced rate of admission to do so.
